General Information & Fees
Joining the Practice
We welcome new patients.
When you join the practice it is important that we review your medical history and meet you, so we can provide the best possible health care. Once you have completed and signed an enrolment form, we will request your notes from your previous doctor. This can take up to a couple of weeks. When your previous medical notes have arrived, you will be asked to make an initial appointment with one of our Practice Nurses, before seeing a Doctor.
If you need to be seen urgently, please let reception know.
If you would like us to email or post an enrolment form to you, please contact us.
