Dealing with difficulties
If there are any problems about the way you have been treated or if you are unhappy with any of the services we provide, you need to tell us as soon as possible. In the first instance, please talk directly to the staff member involved or contact the Practice Manager. Feel free also to put something in writing, addressed to the Practice Manager. We will deal with your problem or complaint openly and promptly and will keep you informed. You also have the right to use independent procedures, which are outlined in pamphlets from the Health and Disability Commission and are available in our waiting room and on request.

COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) Information
The first option for members of the public who have questions or concerns is the dedicated Healthline number 0800‑358‑5453 (or for international SIMs, +64 9 358 5453).
Callers are screened for "travel to mainland China" and "contact with a confirmed case". If the caller meets either of these criteria and has a respiratory illness, they are transferred to a Healthline clinician. If they are then deemed a suspect case, the Healthline clinician will phone the patient's general practitioner to discuss the next steps.
The usual Healthline number is still available for non-coronavirus health concerns.
