Appointments are usually made for 15 minutes. If you feel you need or want longer than this, please let reception know when you make your appointment. You are welcome to book a double appointment – this will carry an additional charge. We do not send out text reminders for general appointments.

If you wish to see a particular Doctor or Nurse, please let reception know and we will try and ensure that this happens. It is therefore best if you telephone ahead to make an appointment. If you need to be seen urgently, you may need to see which ever Doctor is available at the time.

If you are making a Nurse appointment and can give Reception some indication of the reason for the appointment (e.g cervical smear, vaccination, ECG) this helps us ensure the correct time and preparation is made for your appointment.

You can sign up to our ManageMy Health Patient Portal to book appointments with some of our GPs, or if you are not registered with our patient portal and would like to book an appointment click on 'Book Now'.
